Well tonight is the night.

Welp I found a dress now to attempt to make myself look somewhat presentable. Thank goodness my ex girlfriend and I are stikll friends and she has come to my rescue to do my hair and makeup for tonight. I am so outta my element dressing up. Give me my jeans cowgirl boots and a nice shirt and I’ll rock it, but this is black tie and that is not going to fly with my work.

The limo with our group of 6 will be here at 5 to pick me up and then it’s a 45 minute drive. I am hoping tonight goes okay. I do not like these types of events. Luckily my plus 1 is a great friend who knows so much how to help me through my anxiety so him being with me tonight should help.
