I Survived Depression

I was very depressed at one point in my life. 10 years ago the economy in usa went down. It hit my family hard. My dad lost a lot of his business ventures. The value of our house went down to half of when we bought it and we lived there for 5 years. We had to sell the house because of my dad's businesses tanked. We left with the clothes on our back. I wanted to kill myself at this point. I was 15. All my friends were going to high school dances when i was living in a van with my family and could not afford to hang out with them. We couldn't even afford a lot of things that I'm not ready to share yet. I tried looking for jobs near me but no one wanted to hire minors. So i started stealing food at supermarkets and brought to my family. Even started a few hustles (never sold drugs) like sneaking people into movies for a fee. All that money, i used it to buy food and clothes for us. I was 15 doing this. We went from living very good to homeless. Years later, i met some awesome people. These people i have been blessed to call my friends. I got a great job because of them and started a profitable. I'm able to travel the world and soon i will buy my parents' the house they lost with a few rental properties included. All these things wouldn't had happened, if i gave up on life when i wanted to kill myself.

Hope this help....there is much more to life than the problems that you are facing. Life is a gift..please don't waste it.
