Work has become my life and can't see or talk to anyone. I am hiding feelings from my family and could only tell a counselor. I haven't the time anymore to see one.

@Mert5356: I've thought about seeing a counselor, but I can't imagine having to tell ANYONE the things that are going through my mind. So I just sleep. On the plus side, I now look really good in a crop top and have a decent beach body 👌🏽
