I Battle Depression
When i think about how i might have to live with depression and anxiety for say the next 5-10 years,i don't know if i'll ever make it through.

I've been there before you get through it, you just have to put one foot in front of the other and start walking....And everything just goes from there.
Doesn't make it any easier, you always trip up like I have and you suddenly wake up one morning wondering just how your going to get through the day and the next day and the next day afterwards and it all feels so long and lonely.
