It's regret, i think that really is the worst kind of pain, yeah guilt is bad, and sadness is bad, but regret is the sickly combination of both. Somebody just betrayed me after i thought they never would. It doesn't mean i hate you now, i just lost the respect i had for you. You have no idea of how worthless you made me feel. But i want you to know that i don't feel that way anymore. If i could go back to the day we met, i swear i would just turn around and walk away. When people cheat in any arena, they diminish themselves—they threaten their own self-esteem and their relationships with others by undermining the trust they have in their ability to succeed and in their ability to be true.
