Karlee.....then u obviously have never had to deal with debilitating anxiety and depression.

@Nonexistent: they do help me a lot. I couldn't function without them although like I said, I wish I could. If you think it will help talk to your doctor. They will start you on a low dose usually but just ask about side effects because with some medicine they can be pretty difficult.
@melissa taking the pill helps me but it does not help my confidence because it makes me feel like I must rely on it (which I do)
