No, it is not worth hoping...it is worth KNOWING that things will get better. Take each moment of each day and try like hell to find one good thing to hang on to. Those small, good moments will add up. No matter how insignificant you think the good thing is amplify it and celebrate it. At this moment, my good thing is I did not have a panic attack when I realized I forgot my meds this morning. That's a HUGE celebration for me!!! Be kind to yourself and take baby steps. Don't worry about a year from now (or even and hour from now)...just this specific moment.
