Depressive slump

I’m currently going through the worst depression slump I’ve ever experienced. I’m emotionally exhausted, lonely, frustrated, and just fed up with life feeling like the same repetitive cycle day after day. It feels like I’m existing rather than living, going through the motions without feeling genuinely happy or fulfilled. I want more out of life, more meaningful connections, my own peace, and something to look forward to. I’m tired of feeling stuck, tired of feeling alone, and tired of having to fight so hard just to feel okay. I don’t have all the answers, and I’m not sure how to pull myself out of this right now. I’m just mentally and emotionally drained. Sometimes the hardest part isn’t dealing with one big problem; it’s carrying the weight of everything for so long that you eventually feel worn down by life itself.

Try to count the simple small blessings. Who you do have. What you do have. Including your body parts, your roof, your presence. Even the tasks you do have to do, can keep your mind occupied. List what you did get done. Give yourself credit one moment, one task at a time. There are people right now who are literally scared of losing their lives, not just livelihood. We are blessed. But I realize you have your own overwhelming circumstances too. It just isn't good to focus on those aspects day in and day out. I hope you can focus on the positives for a little bit and hope it helps you thru. I've been there. And counting what I've survived for the day helps.
I’ve absolutely no fucking words of comfort as I’m in the depths of it myself just know you’re not alone.

@MyMonstersAreReal I feel like I’m literally just existing. Finding myself sleeping mostly all day long. Only getting up to shower and eat. That’s about it
@LifeVoice101 hey at least you got up and showered that’s a good thing
