I think part of the reason that everyone's super judgmental these days is that everyone is socially anxious.

And when you're socially anxious, you're like, 100x more likely to read bad intentions into other people. So everyone is constantly walking on eggshells to avoid being misread by other people. You know? And if someone gets that cue -- and it can be the tiniest thing -- it's fucking impossible to convince them out of it because they'll interpret anything you say as a trick.

Hmm yes, true. 1 thing. Smile. Whatever, just smile. Stretch that muscle. They might misunderstand? Who cares? Getting a gentle, little, genuine smile is better than an anxious, frowned look ^^. For the record, most ppl actually smile back. It is refreshing. In a world that seems chaotic lately, a bit of reassurence is so welcome! :)
