Self care. Doing whatever you can to recharge your batteries. I know I can't function when I didn't take time out for me and it's a vicious circle, I am uplifted by being around people but then people cause me stress and stress makes me withdraw. The solution is self care so I don't withdraw.

@fact1234 I am in that place, sometimes you can't see the wood for the trees and then it's hard to focus on self care. It's impacting my sleep which is why I'm here and not asleep like I should be.
