The lonely journey's interruptions.

I've been able to find myself in the middle of nowhere and let my mind explore everywhere. There can definitely be peace that comes from the quiet. It can be a moment of freedom from my own inner corruption. It's a long journey though. It requires too much focus for a single mind. I've touched and been touched by others that have traveled with me. The companionship stays with me even after they're gone. I want to deny the reliance but my own truth is that those fellow travelers were needed. Our paths had their own branches. I hope someday those paths will converge and we'll be able to again journey together. Signs and memories of you line my long road.
