Sometimes depression pushes you to the limit.

Sapping the motivation and will out of you. Im normally fairly active but have been sedate as of late so yesterday i forced myself out to walk. Just anywhere and although i didnt walk massively far i really did feel so much better after getting in and soaking in a nice hot bath with sea salt in it. I didnt use any shower gels. Shampoos. Just naturally cleansed my body soaking in the bath. That along with the walk really helped. Of course its not a permanent fix to any kind of depression but its normally only ourselves who can dig our way out of trouble. I wish anyone suffering all the very best.

This was a huge step! Very proud of you! Depression isn’t talked about enough because not as many are educated enough until it’s too late. Plus it seems like nobody hears you until they wished they were listening

@PlaygirlDizzy So true. I locked mine away until i was in my mid to late 40s. Would be masking constantly. I still do to a point. Although im never shy of expression now. It may well help other who are stuck in a rutt. Im now a fully open book. Theres a few demons hanging about but activities smash them temporarily.
