The difference in attitude
When people want to seek out childhood memories that serves at times a need to revisit something. I do know that plenty of people on here have already blocked or are ignoring me already, but I do still believe in the core values of what Experience Project was back then in the past too.
That said, I discover now that it's actually the majority of people on here that make the place what it is and can make a difference. Please, don't just walk by. Yes, the blocking should be handled differently. I've already posted on that with a fury.
There's also, however, a need to fill yet another hole. Not of presence but of attitude. Personally, I've been very disappointed by numerous people who not only walk by but actually have exploited me. Not that it matters but it's a good measure of reality yet again.
Perhaps it's indeed a general sign for the age that we're living. One takes what one wants and then one moves on. Don't share experiences any more because that's really a sign of dependency and we can't let anyone know that. Well, that's the sentiment that I get this year on here.
We're human beings and sometimes even christians, and we're actually bickering more than standing still to help the other. I found the reactions to Charlie Kirk's death very enlightening. No, not the immediate ones but those that are still around.
Why is it so hard to accept that there are indeed norms at times for an individual to accept? Now one shouldn't speak ill of the dead not because it's actually agreeing that the person was so ideal and so good in the first place but it's in general inappropriate for the living to speak ill of the dead.
At times some people on here can't judge what their attitute should be if they really think that they're doing good. Are you doing good for the other person's sake? Or are just playing around and making in the end him or her feel even worse?
