When or if you’ve ever had too much time on your hands

But you don’t have it freed up as you’d like due to anxieties. Too many opposing factors- people places situations, what do you do? You’re in a mentally afflicted state and can’t just break out of it. What is realistically sound perspective on this?

Depends what your anxieties run to.

If i want to try and relax, i turn my phones off.
Shut all the access doors to my home.
Pull down blinds so nobody can see in...then do what I want.

Put on some relaxing music.
Maybe fix a bite to eat (as a diabetic I've learned the value of relying on quenching my appetite rather than worry too much over blood sugar readings) when was the last time you ate ??

Give that a couple of hours then reassess how you feel.
