Depends what your anxieties run to.
If i want to try and relax, i turn my phones off.
Shut all the access doors to my home.
Pull down blinds so nobody can see in...then do what I want.
Put on some relaxing music.
Maybe fix a bite to eat (as a diabetic I've learned the value of relying on quenching my appetite rather than worry too much over blood sugar readings) when was the last time you ate ??
Give that a couple of hours then reassess how you feel.

I’d start with deep soul searching and stop nothing short of knowing why I’m feeling these things and work on resolving them and breaking free asap.

@Infamous607 just that you have to get information from somewhere, not all expert advice is going to be enough either. So looking through different responses, different experiences can sometimes be more beficial than going in the direction of finding therapy. That is the therapy, being in places such as this site, it can just be overwhelming, doesn’t help with fucky shifty algorithms, it causes more anxiety.
