Lately I've had terrible anxiety over what I say to people I care about.

I'll send texts and then wonder if I said the right thing, or said too much, and edit or delete the text (if the platform allows it on both ends). Or I'll leave it but just wonder all day if I said something wrong. It messes with my focus.

When it comes to talking to people in person I'm even worse. 🫩

It's funny because a year ago I didn't care what anyone thought about anything I said. I would just say what I thought and left it up to others to deal with it.

Now I'm the opposite.

Try to distract yourself as soon as you find yourself worrying because there's a very very high chance that you are overthinking. And acting on your overthinking may just ruin it for you and you will literally benefit nothing out of overthinking something like that except for probably reading the message over again and identifying a typo.
@UltimateDemiGoddess What if I read it over again and spot a dumb thing I said? I'm really impulsive.

@SinlessOnslaught also if it's that bad surely one of your recipients of the message would say something or wonder if you're okay provided that they know you enough. They care about you too most likely it's not a one way thing like my relationship I hope. Haha
