Here's a trick:
When you go to bed, think about someone you really like. It could be your classmate, a friend, some homeless bum, or a celebrity. And imagine that they're holding you in their arms. Cuddling with you. Whispering sweet things to you.
Then doze off into dreamland. It'll be the best sleep you've ever had.
