I feel it taking me down again

The depressive lows are creeping back again. Its been awhile. But its coming. I feel myself slipping amd my mental state dipping. The thoughts creeping up on me. I hate when it gets this way. I know ill cope. And itll take time. But im hoping to stop it all before it gets too bad again.
