I freaking hate anxiety.
Like, I'm always paranoid and nervous about something, and sometimes it just decides to spike right up! It's annoying, and I don't even know what to do about it! Breathing exercises don't help, thinking logically about the fact that everything (I think) is fine.. it's like a friend you invited over who keeps finding every excuse and reason possible to not leave.
GO AWAY! AT LEAST PAY RENT IF YOU'RE GONNA BOTHER ME LIKE THIS!
