Its so tough to deal with a partner who is depressive most days
It just sucks out my optimism ,hard to understand the prolonged effects it carries on a person who is dealing with them .🥺

It’s heavy on one’s soul but without support and love around em they would be abandoned in their time of need
A friend of mine needed my help a few times this year and they are now feeling that healing process , encouragement , compassion and a deep understanding re depression is so important
Not only for loved ones who experience it but for ourselves to learn from it
