everybody has friends...getting married....or travelling,,,and getting invited to partys and weddings.

One of the worst things you can do is compare your life to others
You only see the celebrations or the good times that people have
They rarely show you their struggles or what it took to get there

Focus on yourself avoid social media for a while
Find something you like doing or try something that you’ve always wanted to do 👍🏻

Make yourself visible.

Join a gym and play basketball with the gym bros or lift with them.

Be a regular somewhere, anywhere

You must squeeze in somehow. It's hard but I don't know any other way.

Begin from small things... Throw away what you don't need, declutter if you own lots.. try to do small acts of kindness.. get on a journey to find your Joy and you'll find it..

You are investing in your future by sacrificing now. It will be worth it..😷
