working full time is making me depressed, working part time made me feel like i wasnt meeting up to societys standards
What should I do in my life. I hate feeling this way.

Well if you work full time in the US then you’re really overworked anyway. Compared to other Western, developed countries Americans are workaholics, which is probably a not-insignificant reason for our relatively low and declining life expectancy. So if you can afford it you might consider going back to part time.
