what are the perks of joining a monastery?

I'm not religious, but I might as well become a monk by now

If you're in a monastery, don't need too many changes of clothes, no rent , no food expenses. You get to sing in a choir, not much talking done there so no one will be biting your ear , free burial plot 😉
