not going outdoors enough and having avoided manual labor to where the mesolimbic system isn't 'calibrated' anymore....along with drugs & alcohol, ofc.

@speefw00f112 I've seen some depressed people who claimed to have a hard manual job. They felt like it was a dead end job with no perspective for progression in life.

@CrazyMusicLover yeah well, that's THEIR issue in having a vain sense of higher purpose. my job sucks in the same sense, tho mind you i can smoke onsite as much as i want, so..
