@UndercoverBard Well for me it is… I mean I could say social media in general but I’m not in contact with depressed people in my offline life…

@NoGamesTolerated could be a lot of factors that affect that.
People might not want to show they’re depressed to people they know in real life.
People may not have the same depressed feeling when they are out in the real world as they do when sitting around by themself
I think that time spent by oneself is when most people feel depressed the most. People who are out and about in the world more may not have as much of that time.
Just some thoughts. Idk if people here are any more depressed than normal and if so what the cause would be for sure
