How do I get out of depression slump?

I don't enjoy music I used to like or hobbies I used to have. I'm not down and out what do I do? I just have a blank attitude to things.

Break routine - find new hobbies .
Try something totally different than what you'd usually do.
It will could be different than what you've expected, it could spark curiosity, which might be the exact thing you need to wake up your emotions again. I know you feel down but try it anyway.

@Busybee333 The hobbies I have are trains, paleontology, zoology, music, geography, science fiction, fantasy, video games, and from time to time I enjoy astronomy and U.S Civil War History. What other hobbies could I try?

@storykid painting, pro cooking, photography, dance, playing a musical instrument (if you don't already), sports, hiking, knitting, sewing, 3d puzzles (there are some elaborate ones for grown ups), electronics (build a pc etc), reading book series, making decorative home pieces from scratch... I may come back with more xD

Dude, I don't have nearly as many hobbies & interests as you have...maybe narrow your interests down to the ones you like best & you'll stop being depressed?
