Depressed/ anxiety

I’ve been struggling with depression and anxiety for months now like right now my anxiety is high!!

Doing something with your hands could help you distract yourself and relax (like draw, paint, knit, complete an old-school (physical parts puzzle), make a bracelet, a collage, fix a broken phone, reorder something around the house or garden or sports.. just something, anything you like). It should make a difference.
