How long does your depression last when it flares up?

For those that go through cycles or have depressive episodes.
Mine starts off slowly over a month period and then peaks after 2 weeks.

I will get the anxiety onset and something is jsut off.... so I know its coming.
If I dont fight it off, of rather, if it doesn't work, my depression can last anywhere from a day ( this is the ultra rarity) to months.
