How long does your depression last when it flares up?

For those that go through cycles or have depressive episodes.
Mine starts off slowly over a month period and then peaks after 2 weeks.

Couple of weeks, then I'm fine for another couple before it flares up again.

With all the transphobia going on lately, it's gotten worse tho.
