Please tell me this is my depression talking and not how it really is.

I used to have dreams but now I feel like all I have time for is work. And sleep. My life is nothing other than those two things.

Please seek help… speak up to someone you trust. Sometimes it takes a lot to push yourself up and out of that hole, but you can

I legitimately felt crazy during some of it. The pain and just nauseating dizzying hollow… I couldn’t eat properly or even do a damn thing for ME anymore. I could do everything expected of me on autopilot, but I felt so horribly off and when those duties were done I felt very scared for myself and what was to come
