What helps you with anxiety and depression?

Do you prefer medication or therapy? I was referred to somewhere last year but they got me on some medicine before therapy so I gave up. I wanted to talk to someone. Not take medicine.

Usually lose myself in a hobby. Playing or spending time with the pets, immersing in a CRPG, or just bullshitting with friends always seems to redirect in a good way.
