What helps you with anxiety and depression?

Do you prefer medication or therapy? I was referred to somewhere last year but they got me on some medicine before therapy so I gave up. I wanted to talk to someone. Not take medicine.

A few times when things really spiraled and I went down the rabbit hole… I went on medication and it just helped me find my footing enough to climb back up and out.

ETA: I’m not on meds currently
