The lymph nodes in my neck have been swollen without pain for a few weeks now...

With all that said, don’t let your mind of what if get too far into google. Do get it checked when you can, and follow up with what the doctors want you to do. I know it’s hard to do but don’t let it worry you until you have definitive answers. More than likely there is something else causing it to swell up
