The lymph nodes in my neck have been swollen without pain for a few weeks now...

I gotta stop Googling shit. Apparently, it's a common symptom of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.

Ready to dive off a cliff into the ocean at this point.

First of all, don’t Google that stuff but now that you have swollen lymph nodes are the doctors looking into that?

It can also mean infection too.

@thepeculiarpanda I care though and please mention it to your doctor. It’s probably not what you think and at least can put your mind at ease about that.
