It takes time to recover. At the start of recovery, think in terms of the simple things that a loving mother would do for her young child: exercise, go for walks in nature, eat healthy food, and have a regular sleep time. As you begin to feel better, slowly integrate new things, adopt a creative hobby, join an evening class, or do some voluntary work in the community. Use these as opportunities to meet new people and make friends. Gradually, the larger direction you want for your life will become clear.
