Really struggling with this right now

Things just seem bad for me and don't really like getting better for a while. The main thing is lonliness, I'm really struggling with that, I don't have many irl friends and even then I don't get to see them often. I'm single and have always been, that always hangs on my mind making me feel like I've wasted my teen years, which if I'm gonna be honest, I have.
