My nose is killing me [I Am Depressed]

My nose is hurting every time I touch it because my foster mother’s Russian boyfriend’s family continues to chew my face up in the nighttime while I’m having seizures, ever since I moved my guitar this has been happening and it is only the right nostril. I’m in extreme pain, I cannot even touch my nose. I just want to drop. I can’t take this. Where is God when you need him and I’m afraid to put my guitar by my door again because of my foster mother, being that she’ll tell me to bring it back into the basement...and there’ll be a fight.
