😐😐😐........ [I'm Depressed]

I just had this worker person come over today thats suppose to help me with doing things etc for my depression but she was judgemental and condecending and had an attitude i dont really like her don't feel like i can trust her and she only made me feel worse :/

@passingby8 I'd go to the person's supervisor and or the person that hired her for you and tell them you don't feel safe with her and she is making you worse. As a safety measure they should be able to get you a new one then.
