Tough days like this one [I Am Depressed]

Sometimes it isn’t easy to power through it, unpredictable days like this one where I feel like I’m drowning are the worse, especially since I don’t have anyone to reach out to, it’s difficult to talk about.

@Afterthought You are certainly not alone,and yes-there is a chance that people will listen and give constructive feedback. My depression is unpredictable,it can arise and smite me when least expected,but I suppose I find ways to cope,or at least be assured that it will not last.Hang in there,and by all means keep posting.It can really help to write things out,regardless of who may or may not read it .
