🌷You will be ok! Put both your feet on the floor and close your eyes and breathe and say to yourself you are safe now! Also today take good care of yourself, go for a walk and eat something healthy!

Also think of positive events in your life and do something fun like how to make your room cozy etc.
you can also go to a hospital if you don’t feel safe!
