I Am Depressed and Very Lonely

I miss my ex so much. I know I should get out and do something, but there are just so many damn memories. Also seeing other couples, so in love, holding hands, kissing, just talking, laughing, and enjoying each others company, just rips my heart up even more. Then I have to hurry to my car before the tears start falling again.
