Today is one of those days where I just want to curl up in a ball and cry all night 馃挃 it鈥檚 crazy how no matter I do in life I鈥檓 not happy, I feel so selfish and hate myself for not being happy but it just hurts so bad 馃挃馃挃

Its time to consider that you need a little help. Depression isnt something you can control or resolve on your own. See your doctor. You have done nothing to hate yourself about. Im sorry you are having to deal with this.

@Faye42 That is part of the guilt. Your mother would want you to feel better because , if left untreated, it only gets much worse. Its just a simple exam and prescription. Your mom wants you to be honest with her
