I Often Feel Like Depression Has Me Not That I Have Depression

I sometimes feel like there is a giant black hole in my chest and can't get rid of it. I get asked are you ok, I keep saying "I'm fine" but I know it will pass soon enough.

The struggle is real.

Yes it does pass but like a good friend comes back to visit, my friend visits me way too often any more, people who haven't suffered through the same kind of depression don't understand how it feels.
