Well whats to fuss about ?
Other then someone who has dealt with major manic depression now called BiPolar
And service connected PTSD and how I got control of it sharing a story .
Its something you have to take control over ,and you can .
or let it control you .
Some drugs help ,but I no longer need them ,
SO in my case its no longer an opinion ,it no longer controls me
It killed my Brother ,alcohol was his answer ,that only adds to it
It does not manage it .
There are a lot of people here who also suffer with it .
But I hear very few saying how they manage it ,other then with drugs and alcohol
I was tired of it costing me ,I needed a better way .

Most people are. Don't want a fuss? Don't talk about it. Bottle it up the way we used to.

Sadly people are really insensitive and don’t know what to do . Talk to me.
