I'm not as supportive as a lot, but I'm good for distractions and not taking stuff so seriously. Which is like a double KO for depression. Not my own, but that's a whole different beast I prefer to ignore

@UpsideOutInsideDown sometimes distractions are good. Especially if they reduce anxiety

I am the opposite, my depression makes most people depressing to me. I avoid exchanges and can barely see the point in pushing myself.
