I Battle Depression

I have battled depression my entire life. It seems there is no escape from it. I have tried to talk to others about it but they don't really understand. I wish there was someone I could talk to about anything and not be judged.

You can really only understand if you've been through it. I get depression sometimes, I think everyone does but dont admit it. You have to work through it in your own way because everyone is different, but it can be done.

In my opinion the best therapy of all is to go out and meet people. Talk and laughter can work wonders

Me and depression are good friends, he shows up often uninvited and doesn't know when to leave, if you want to talk I'm not here alot but I try to look and see if I messages everyday. Feel free to message if you like.
