Good question, why do you hate yourself so much? Is it clinical depression caused by an unfortunate brain imbalance? Were you born into miserable circumstances and are haunted by traumas? Is it only because of low self esteem and insecurities about your looks? Maybe it's just a phase? Once you find the reason, you're already on the path to healing.
