I Am Depressed Because I'm Lonely

I'm on break right now, and I'm at a Subway, sitting alone in tears right now.

My mood today went from feeling well from giving little kids stickers and watching them smile and giggle to downright crashing into deep depression of how much I miss my ex girlfriend.

I have to bear with this pain on a daily basis as well and it attacks at complete random.

All I know is that I just want my ex back more than anything and it's just tearing me up on the inside.

The only thing I can do to numb the pain temporarily is sleep.
