I Battle Depression

People who have never had depression will never understand the sense of pride and achievement that comes with dragging yourself out of bed and cleaning the kitchen....

@Skele-pop666: I was just gonna say, don't let it fade, keep going. I have had some long illnesses and not the same as depression, I know the feeling of NO energy and barely able to get out of bed.

I knew if I did get out of bed and do something, just had to keep moving or I wouldn't feel up to it.
