Nah, the best thing to do is learn coping skills. Therapy can help, but medication is very hit or miss and the side effects can be nasty. It gets rough, and sometimes you have to force yourself to do even basic tasks. Just keep talking to people, don't allow yourself to fall too deep into that pit. Been dealing with it most of my life, and I can only offer so much advice here.

Aww, hugs 🤗 you can handle this. You are strong. Breathe, find an outlet as suggested, and take comfort in the connections you do have around you.
